Edible Garden Designs started with a simple conviction: everyone should have access to fresh, homegrown food, and the garden it comes from should be as beautiful as it is productive.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, we are a specialized edible garden company that designs, builds, and maintains gardens that feed people. We are not a traditional landscaping company. We do not mow lawns or trim hedges. We focus exclusively on edible gardens — raised beds, vegetable plots, herb gardens, fruit tree orchards, and full edible landscapes — because specialization is how you do this work at the highest level.
Our founder came to this work through a combination of deep personal passion for growing food and strong business and strategic thinking. After years of self-taught gardening, studying tropical growing conditions, and building a personal food garden in South Florida, the idea was clear: there are thousands of homeowners in Boca Raton and beyond who would love to grow their own food but do not know where to start, do not have the time, or simply want it done right by someone who lives and breathes this work.
Why South Florida
We are based in South Florida because it is one of the best places in the continental United States to grow food year-round. USDA Zone 10b gives us a nearly 365-day growing season with the ability to grow tropical fruits — mango, avocado, papaya, starfruit, passion fruit, guava, citrus — alongside year-round herbs, leafy greens, and rotating seasonal vegetables that most of the country can only grow for a few months.
